My name is Jing Yang, and my English name is Jennifer. I have been working for Gladney for five years. I graduated from the Beijing Institute of Tourism and now I am a licensed tour guide.

I like communicating with people who have different cultural backgrounds and I am willing to help them get to know my country better.

My name is Chris. I’m a guide from Beijing. I have been working for five years and am very experienced for this. I will make sure everything you do in China runs smoothly and that you have a pleasant journey.

My name is Ding Zhihe, but adoptive parents like to call me Ding.

I have been working with adoptions for more than 20 years in the Anhui province. We have a team consisting of six experienced, English–speaking guides. We are very happy to be able to work with adoptive families when they return to China.

My name is Rocky. I’ve been working for Gladney for eight years. I really enjoy the work. I do paperwork and translations for families who are adopting, and also arrange their tours later on.

It’s great to see the children again as they grow up.

In 1998, I began my work as a facilitator and guide for Gladney families. Many times I have witnessed the thrilling moment when adoptive parents first meet their adorable children.

I feel so lucky to be a part of this experience! Now, as a father of two, I understand the joy of being a parent. I can say without hesitation, I love my job!

I am happy and proud to say that I have been working in the adoption field for over 10 years. I have witnessed many happy moments introducing children to their forever parents.

I look forward to welcoming Gladney families during their homeland trips! See you in Hubei!
